A grade publications

Learn Craft Education School textbooks, made to be taught from.

We are a publication house for school academic books, publishing for Classes 1 to 8. Our list is deliberately small — each title edited to be clear enough for a child to follow on their own, and structured enough for a teacher to build a lesson around.

  • Class 1 – 8
  • Hindi Grammar
  • Computer & AI
  • Delhi, India

Our catalogue

Two series. Both built for Classes 1 to 8.

We publish slowly and on purpose. Rather than fill a catalogue, we have put our editorial effort into two complete series — one for Hindi grammar, one for computers and artificial intelligence — and taken each of them across the full primary and middle-school span.

Series 01

Hindi · Grammar

Hindi Vyakran – Antrang

हिंदी व्याकरण – अंतरंग

A grammar series for Hindi as it is actually taught. Rules are introduced in a deliberate order, explained in plain Hindi, and illustrated with sentences drawn from language children already speak — so vyakaran reads as something they use, not a list to be memorised before an exam.

  • Rules sequenced so each chapter rests on the one before it
  • Examples in everyday Hindi rather than textbook Hindi
  • Practice written to reinforce the rule, not to test recall of it

Series 02

Computer Science · AI

Computer AI – Computec

Computer studies for the AI classroom

Computer studies for a generation that will grow up alongside artificial intelligence. Computec moves from what a machine is, to how it follows instructions, to how a system learns from examples — explained in language a primary-school reader can hold on to, and extended as the classes go up.

  • Concepts before software — the idea first, the screen second
  • Artificial intelligence introduced plainly, without hype
  • Activities a school can run with the equipment it already has

This is the complete list. Two series is what we currently publish — we would rather stand behind every page in print than add titles to look larger than we are.

Coverage

Class 1 to Class 8, end to end.

Our books are written for the full primary and middle-school span. Vocabulary, the density of a page and the weight of the practice all change as the classes go up — the editorial standard does not.

  • 1Class
  • 2Class
  • 3Class
  • 4Class
  • 5Class
  • 6Class
  • 7Class
  • 8Class
Classes 1 – 2 Early years

Large type, short sentences and plenty of white space. A page should never look like work before it is read.

Classes 3 – 5 Primary

Explanations lengthen and practice widens, while the structure of a chapter stays familiar from one book to the next.

Classes 6 – 8 Middle school

Concepts are treated in full, with the vocabulary and reasoning a student will carry into secondary school.

Our standard

What “A grade” means to us.

It is the line we publish under, so it has to mean something specific. For us it comes down to four commitments we hold every manuscript to.

Edited, not assembled

Every manuscript is read once for accuracy and again for whether a child can actually follow it. A chapter that only an adult can parse gets rewritten.

Built for a period

Chapters are shaped around how a class actually runs — explain, show, practise, revise — so a teacher can pick the book up and teach directly from it.

Designed to be readable

Type sized for young eyes, generous margins and a page that does not shout. Layout is part of the teaching, not decoration around it.

Made for a school bag

Paper, print and binding chosen so a book that opens in April is still usable in March — and legible for the student who inherits it.

About us

A publication house for school academic books.

Learn Craft Education publishes academic books for schools, working out of North West Delhi. Our catalogue covers Classes 1 to 8 and is intentionally short: two series today, each one we are willing to put in front of a principal without hedging.

We are a publishing house rather than a printer. The work that matters to us happens before anything reaches a press — deciding the order a concept is best taught in, cutting a paragraph that a nine-year-old will not finish, and asking of every page whether it earns its place in a book a child has to carry.
